The official window is October 8 at 23:30 PDT / October 9 at 08:30 CEST. Regional selection labels your party plan; this announcement supplies the same window for all Global regions. It is not a per-server availability check.
Why your region matters
The October 7 maintenance notice listed a 3.5-hour window and a separate 5.5-hour window for Asia. The October 8 EU cloud-service incident was another kind of interruption, affecting a listed group of servers. A maintenance countdown alone cannot describe both situations. Follow the newest notice for your region, especially if your server stays unavailable after the planned end.
If there is no matching announcement, check whether the launcher reports a service issue. Record your server, launcher and exact error before contacting support. A queue, account restriction or local connection problem needs a different response; repeatedly reinstalling the client is not a useful first step.

Maintenance questions
Is AION 2 down right now?
This page checks official announcements, not individual game servers. Select your region, read the latest notice and check the launcher. A failed news request does not mean the game is down.
When does AION 2 maintenance end?
The end time below is calculated from the published start and duration. It is an estimate. An extension or a reopening announcement takes precedence; a finished countdown is not proof that login works.
Are Asia, Europe and North America maintenance times always the same?
No. The October 7 announcement gave Asia a longer maintenance window. Regional outages may also affect only some servers. Always check the affected services in the latest announcement.
Can I use this for Korea or Taiwan?
The live announcement feed on this page covers the Global service. Korea and Taiwan use separate notices. Do not apply Global maintenance windows to those services.
